Great place. I was in a bind and lucky for me they answered the phone after they closed on Saturday. I explained my situation to him and he had me call him Sunday morning. He got us signed up and took the time to make sure we could move in on a day they were closed! Awesome! I would recommend them to everyone. View Less

Lancaster Self Storage is conveniently located, clean and reasonably priced. I had just endured several annoying encounters just trying to get a unit rented. I met Joel (Manager) last week, and immediately went with them. The units and the yard are kept up, there's room to maneuver in there (can do a three point turn in a box truck, not that you have to because you can drive in a circle). Its well lit, and they have garbage receptacles at the end of each row. Nice to just go somewhere, check off the box and move on to other things. View Less

This storage facility is in a great location, and it was no trouble to get in and out of with a moving truck or any time I needed to access my stuff. It was easy enough to rent out a storage unit over the phone, but once I was there with the moving truck, the staff in the office seemed terribly unorganized. They had trouble finding the correct paperwork for the lease, and the first unit they tried to give me already had items in it. I had arrived with plenty of time to move everything from the truck to the unit and still make it to an appointment I'd had, but the office took a long time to get all of the paperwork together before I could get into the unit. Thankfully, the moving company truck driver was able to stay and move everything for me while I had to leave. At least the unit I ended up with was an upgrade and very clean. Later, I learned that the office staff had put together the wrong paperwork and I had to go back to the office to sign the correct lease. Ending the lease wasn't too much trouble at least, and the person I spoke to over the phone about it found all of the wrong paperwork in my file, apologized for it, and made sure everything was in correct and good order for me. Overall, the facility is nice, but some of the staff are very unorganized. View Less

The storage unit itself is very clean. You get access to the unit anytime before 10PM. Pricing is great too. I would recommend this storage unit to anyone looking to rent one for short or long term.
